The experience begins with your arrival at the winery , at around 19 .following a tour of the vineyards, we continue with a visit to the winery where we will be introduced to all the wines produced and the various techniques used, including the organoleptic diversity of the individual products, in short a brief lesson in oenology.We will then enter the tasting room where a welcome glass (Vermentino) will be served, followed by a platter of sausages and cheeses strictly from Ogliastra, accompanied by a cannonau rosé wine. This is followed by a first course of culurgiones ogliastrini strictly produced on the farm, accompanied by a glass of red igt wine made from cannonau, bovale sardo kabernet and malvasia nera. A second course of roast suckling pig (porcetto) accompanied by a cannonau in purity and, to finish, a taste of cannonau reserve aged in 18-month barrels.To finish with a mirto or grappa produced by the winery's oenologist .
