Further information
This experience will immerse you in the soul of Sardinia and its agro-pastoral life: inside the farm you will get to know the various animals, admire live milking and the production of cheese and ricotta using traditional methods, and enjoy an excellent dinner based on the shepherd's products. Throughout the entire experience you will be accompanied by the shepherd and Environmental Hiking Guide, who will tell you about Sardinia from an unprecedented point of view far from the commonplace.
There will be no Sardinian dances or tenores and this is not an agritourism facility with a restaurant room; in fact, it is a completely outdoor experience in the Sardinian countryside within a family farm. The dinner menu varies according to the availability of products (cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, kid/ lamb/sheep/pork, dessert, wine, water and liquor)
